ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (AP) _ Innospec Inc. (IOSP) on Tuesday reported first-quarter net income of $23.4 million.
The Englewood, Colorado-based company said it had net income of 94 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring costs, were $1.06 per share.
The specialty chemicals company posted revenue of $339.6 million in the period.
Innospec shares have increased roughly 9% since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $98.69, a climb of 41% in the last 12 months.
