Auditions for soloists for the first annual Messiah Sing-In will be held on Thursday and Friday, Sept. 13 and 14, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church in Cortez, 515 N. Park St., in the Blue Room. Those auditioning should bring something from the Messiah or standard church music literature. All voice parts are needed. The concert is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 9.
