MONDAY, OCT. 1 — Oven-fried chicken, baked potato, spinach mandarin salad, peaches, cornbread.

TUESDAY, OCT. 2 — Crunchy baked fish, oven-browned potatoes, mixed vegetables, creamy coleslaw, wheat roll, banana.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 3 — Meatloaf and gravy, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, tossed salad, wheat roll, Jello fruit salad.

FRIDAY, OCT. 5 — Braised beef over noodles, glazed carrots, tossed salad, bran muffin, saucy fruit salad.

MONDAY, OCT. 8 — Closed for the holiday.

TUESDAY, OCT. 9 — Herb-baked chicken, steamed brown rice, peas and carrots, Jeannie’s salad, oatmeal blueberry muffin.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 10 — Italian sausage with marinara sauce on spaghetti, baked acorn squash, tossed salad, pears.

FRIDAY, OCT. 12 — Baked pork chop with apple stuffing, brussel sprouts, tossed salad, 1/2 fresh orange, Birthday cake.

MONDAY, OCT. 15 — Barbecue pork ribs, seven-layer salad, pumpkin muffin, raisin nut cup, fresh strawberries.

TUESDAY, OCT. 16 — Beef stew with potatoes and vegetables, three-bean salad, bran muffin, pineapple chunks.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 17 — Lasagna, seasoned green beans, tossed salad, garlic bread, apricots.

FRIDAY, OCT. 19 — Roast turkey with gravy, whipped potatoes, parsley carrots, tossed salad, tropical fruit, cupcake with frosting.

MONDAY, OCT. 22 — Seafood pasta salad on lettuce with tomato and cucumber slices, wheat crackers, bran muffin, mandarin orange and banana slices.

TUESDAY, OCT. 23 — Roast turkey on a hoagie roll, Caeser salad with tomato slices, strawberries and blueberries.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 24 — Braised beef over noodles, glazed carrots, tossed salad, pumpkin muffin, saucy fruit salad.

FRIDAY, OCT. 26 — Macaroni and cheese with ham, peas, tossed salad, oatmeal blueberry muffin, mandarin oranges and banana slices.

MONDAY, OCT. 29 — Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, baked potato with broccoli, tossed salad, whole wheat roll, fluffy fruit salad.

TUESDAY, OCT. 30 — Pork chop, oven-browned potatoes, seasoned green beans, whole wheat roll, carrot-raisin salad, fresh fruit salad.

WEDNESDAY, OCT. 31 — Navajo tacos with lettuce, tomato, cheese and salsa, tossed salad, fresh orange wedges.

Due to budget cuts, the Senior Center has closed the Thursday evening meals; home delivery seniors may receive an additional meal during the week to compensate.

Meals are a $3.50 donation for seniors 60 or older, $9 for those under 60. Lunches are served at 12 noon Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Tuesday meals are served on Tuesday evenings at 5:30 p.m. There is a salad bar every Tuesday at 5 p.m. and Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Milk is served with all meals. Please call the day before or by 9:30 a.m. at the latest on the same day to reserve your meal.
