Proud parents Stephanie and Paul Mecca of Cortez, are happy to announce the birth of their daughter Nissa Illyanna Mecca. Nissa was born on December 10, 2010 at 8:09 a.m. in Durango. She weighed seven pounds, three ounces, and was 19 1/2 inches long at birth. Nissas big sister is Echoa Lynn Mecca; her happy grandparents are Bobbie and Mitch Payne of Dolores, Michael Biondi of Watsonville, Calif., and Linda Mecca of Pleasant View.
