To participate in the Mancos Senior Center lunches, phone Clara at 533-7721 by 7:30 a.m. the day of the lunch to reserve a place, order a take-out meal or request a home-delivered meal. Be sure to leave a message if you get the answering machine. Bingo is held every Wednesday from 10 to 11:15 a.m.
Hot meals are served every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All ages are welcome.
Wednesday, Oct. 24 Braised beef over noodles, glazed carrots, tossed salad, saucy fruit salad, pumpkin muffin.
Friday, Oct. 26 Macaroni and cheese with ham, peas, tossed salad, oatmeal blueberry muffin, Mandarin oranges and banana slices.
Monday, Oct. 29 Salisbury steak with mushroom gravy, baked potato with broccoli, tossed salad, whole wheat roll, fluffy fruit salad.
Wednesday, Oct. 31 Navajo tacos, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, salsa, tossed salad, fresh orange wedges.
