As if cooking a full-blown Thanksgiving turkey isnt hard enough for a small crowd, Karla Haley at Karlas Kitchen, did it for her family and anyone else in the community that didnt have family in town or is unable to cook.
Last year, around 200 people attended.

Speaking of Thanksgiving dinner. The preschoolers at Teddy Bear Preschool were treated to a Thanksgiving dinner on Tuesday this week. They didnt get left out. Last week the Dolores School District gave out a yummy Thanksgiving dinner to everyone students, parents staff and community members.
Superintentent Scott Cooper said if everything went well, they would do it again next year. And if I have anything to say about it it did go well.
