Photos: Stand Down event helps local veterans

Pauli, himself a veteran, needed something to do on sleepless nights, so he made 149 aspen and oak sticks to give away. About 50 representatives from different agencies and businesses took part in the event, which also offered showers, haircuts and free clothing to veterans.
