Editor:
I used to pick up the paper and read about community and neighborliness. One of my neighbors said he'd kill me with a bulldozer. One said I should be neutered. One says I should move. Another says he won't enforce laws to protect me. Another doesn't want me in his bar and puts a picture of a pistol pointing at me saying so. Where'd the community and neighborliness disappear to?
