Cortez Rec. 5-on-5 men’s basketball
The city of Cortez is registering for its men’s 5-on-5 basketball league. It’s an eight-game season with a single-elimination tournament. There’s only room for nine teams and it’s a first come, first serve basis. Others will be put on a waiting list. Golf with Grace tourney
The third annual Golf with Grace golf tournament will be held north of Durango at The Glacier Club on Friday, May 24. This golf tournament is in support of Grace Preparatory Academy in Durango with all proceeds going to the scholarship fund, along with the operating needs for Grace Prep. Contests include closest to the hole, longest drive and hole-in-one.

CMS/M-CHS all sports physicals
On Saturday, June 1, from 8 a.m. to noon at the M-CHS Main Gym, middle school and high school athletes can get all sports physicals. Physicals are $20 and the event is sponsored by Southwest Internal Medicine.
