Veronica Zoe Boyd, daughter of Dale and Catherine Boyd from Dove Creek, has graduated with two bachelor of arts degrees from Colorado State University. Boyd graduated with a degree in international studies and a degree in political science, along with minors in economics, French and international development. She earned cum laude honors after spending four years in the university’s honors program.
Boyd also participated in three study/volunteer abroad programs and traveled to France, Spain, Switzerland, Italy, Croatia, Greece, Bulgaria, Turkey, Morocco, the Bahamas, South Africa, Swaziland, Mozambique, Botswana and Zambia. She is interested in pursuing a career in nonprofit organizations benefiting women and children, and possibly graduate school in the future.
