Courtney Ott, of Mancos, was chosen to be a member of Fort Lewis College’s Student Outdoor Leadership Team through Outdoor Pursuits. Ott will lead peers on backcountry trips through the mountains and desert of the Four Corners region. Selection for this competitive position is based upon personal outdoor experience, leadership, professionalism, dedication to the Outdoor Pursuits mission, and performance during an intensive three-week training. Ott’s major is English - Writing Option.
