Hogan foundation

Art Neskahi, left, prepares to set the first log of the ceremonial hogan on the Native American Ceremonial Grounds of SW Intertribal Voice, at 3900 Highway 160 South. A tipi is also planned so ceremonies can be held in all seasons.
