This is “Cowboy.” He is a wonderful border collie who was found looking for his owner at Groundhog Reservoir a month ago. He is a mature, neutered male and would make someone a great companion. Cowboy is tired of living at the kennel and needs a forever home to retire and live out his days. He is a dominant male and gets along with other dogs if he likes them.
