Making a difference

Jama Collins, Lee Hallberg and Andrea Phillips paint a picnic table in Boyle Park for Make A Difference Day. Phillips, the Mancos town administrator, plans to make the volunteer work day an annual event. Volunteers painted picnic tables and the base of the pavilion.
