Thursday, Jan. 9

12:11 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to the 9400 block of County Road 27 about a report of property damage. The back door of a vacant home had been kicked in. A woman said no other damage had been done to the home, and it was exactly as she had left it a few days before. The deputy filed a report about the incident.

6:18 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve an active warrant to a male inmate.

Friday, Jan. 10

3:05 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., to remand a man into custody. He was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

11:23 p.m. A deputy was patrolling in the 17000 block of Colorado Highway 145 when he observed a vehicle stuck in a ditch. The woman driving had the smell of alcohol on her breath, and she failed several roadside sobriety tests. She was cited for driving a vehicle with a blood-alcohol content above 0.8. She was released to the custody of a family member.

Saturday, Jan. 11

6:15 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to the 6400 block of U.S. Highway 160 to issue two active warrants to a woman. She was arrested and left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

Sunday, Jan. 12

8:56 a.m. A deputy was dispatched to the 15000 block of County Road 29.75 near Dolores, where a vehicle had run off the road and gone through a fence. A woman reported she went off the road trying to evade a deer.

Monday, Jan. 13

9:18 a.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant to a male inmate.

12:04 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant to a male inmate.

12:09 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve two warrants to a male inmate.

5:50 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to the 1400 block of Railroad Avenue in Dolores for a two-vehicle crash. The driver of a sedan pulled in front of a pickup. The driver of the sedan was cited for turning left in front of oncoming traffic, failure to provide proof of insurance and driving with a revoked license.

Wednesday, Jan. 15

7:21 a.m. A deputy was dispatched to the 23800 block of County Road F.4 about a report of a violation of a protection order. A woman provided voice mails of man who had restraining order banning him from contacting her. The man was located in Cortez. He was arrested for violating the protection order and left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

9:31 a.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant to a male inmate.

9:55 a.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant to a female inmate.

7:43 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant to a male inmate.

Thursday, Jan 16

12:05 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Combined Courts, 865 N. Park St., to remand a woman into custody. She was left in custody of Montezuma County Detention Center.

Friday, Jan. 17

1:46 p.m. A deputy was dispatched to Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve six warrants to a male inmate.
