Lynn Gann adjusts the Christmas tree donated by Love On The Hangar as one of Santa's helpers appears to be stuck. The Cortez Cultural Center is sponsoring a $1 drawing to win one of the Twelve Trees of Christmas, with proceeds going to local nonprofits. On Dec. 13, there will be a party with the drawing.
