Well spoken, bright, athletic and blessed with outstanding leadership skills, Bears' senior Ethen Upton is the real deal.
Headed to the Colorado State Wrestling Tournament for the second consecutive year, the three-sport star is hoping for nothing less than a state title.
After missing the first half of the wrestling season with an injury, Upton wasted little time getting back to business, accumulating an 18-3 record and winning the regional championship.
Reflecting on his storied athletic career, Upton expressed appreciation for his family, coaches and teammates.
"I'll remember everybody who has been on my team in past years and the amazing coaching staff we've had," said Upton.
