The battle was on Saturday in the Dolores Elementary School Little Bear Gym as Boy Scouts raced their pinewood derby cars against each other. After perfecting their designs and making sure their cars stayed underweight and followed the guidelines, the moment of truth came as the Scouts stared down the track and their cars were released. In the end, Ty Gaddis' blue car came out on top.
