Joshua J. Duran, 33, of Aurora, Colo., pleaded guilty to driving after revocation prohibited-habitual traffic offender. He was ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs and was given credit for time served, to be calculated by jail
Darrin Brandon, 41, of Cortez, was found guilty of driving while ability impaired. He was ordered to pay $799 in fines and costs. He was sentenced to 10 days in jail, with suspended imposition of 365 days, and 24 months supervised probation through state. He must participate in Enhanced/Intensive outpatient therapy, submit to random tests for blood and alcohol, and perform 48 hours of community service. He also was referred to a defensive driving program.
Kristena R. Porambo, 18, of Towaoc, was found guilty of driving under the influence. She received a 30-day jail order with 30 days suspended imposition, and 12 months supervised probation. She was ordered to pay $1,026 in fines and costs. She must submit to random tests for blood and alcohol, and follow all conditions of probation such as no alcohol or illegal drug use. She also must perform 24 hours of community service
Jason David Gapp, 28, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct-offensive gesture, and has 10 days to submit proof of payment of $660 in restitution. He was ordered to pay $182 in fines and costs, violate no laws traffic or criminal, and keep address current with the court.
WEDNESDAY, MAR. 2
Micah T. Hinton, 21, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to protection order violation-criminal. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail. He also was sentenced to two years suspended jail time on condition of completion of domestic violence evaluation, and must follow all recommendations, including drug/alcohol treatment. He was ordered to pay $233.50 in fines and costs.
On a second matter, Hinton pleaded guilty to harassment-strike/shove/kick, and protection order violation-criminal. He was sentenced to two years jail with suspended imposition on condition of domestic evaluation. He was ordered to pay $373 in fines and costs.
On a third matter, Hinton pleaded guilty to protection order violation-criminal and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, to run concurrent with two prior cases. Probation in the amount of 12 months was revoked, and he was ordered to obtain domestic violence treatment. He was ordered to use no medical marijuana while on probation, and submit to random tests for blood and alcohol. He was ordered to pay $887.50 in fines and costs.

Timothy L. Galloway, 29, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to protection order violation-civil. He was ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs. He was ordered to serve three days in jail but received credit for time served.
James Lee, 45, of Montezuma Creek, Utah, pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired. He was ordered to pay $1,154.50 in fines and costs. He was ordered to serve 120 days in jail with a suspended imposition of 365 days. He received 36 months probation and must perform 90 hours of community service. He received 25 days credit for time served.
Poppy J. Harshman, 60, of Hesperus, pleaded guilty to driving while ability impaired. She was ordered to pay $801.50 in fines and costs. She was sentenced to 365 days jail with suspended imposition. She received 12 months probation, with no alcohol or drug use, and must submit to random tests for blood and alcohol. She must perform 24 hours of community service.
