Wednesday, Nov. 18

12:29 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree assault and domestic violence in the 1400 block of North Mildred Road. He allegedly pushed a woman to the floor.

7:10 a.m. Elder abuse was reported in the 2000 block of Rolling Road. Two men were involved in an argument over a cup holder and one man sustained scratches. Both declined to press charges.

3:29 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of protection order violation, harassment, domestic violence, resisting arrest and criminal mischief in the 200 block of North Park Street. He allegedly assaulted a woman and stolen her phone and some money.

Thursday, Nov. 19

7:54 a.m. A bike was reported stolen in the 30 block of East 13th Street.

8:45 a.m. A vehicle was reported stolen from a shop in the 600 block of South Broadway.

3:22 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of theft and trespassed from Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

3:30 p.m. A man reported he had lost his wallet in the 500 block of E. Main Street. It was later found and nothing was missing.

Friday, Nov. 20

7:32 a.m. A travel trailer caught fire in the 1500 block of East Empire Street. An electric heater might have been the cause. There were no injuries.

12:24 p.m. A hit-and-run crash was reported in the 2900 block of South Broadway. The suspected driver was unable to be contacted and is under investigation.

2:14 p.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of shoplifting and trespassed from Walmart, 1835 E. Main St. Two other suspects are being investigated.

5:35 p.m. A female shoplifting suspect allegedly purposely coughed on an employee and claimed to have COVID-19 at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St. She ran out of the store and could not be located.

7:33 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of harassment in the 40 block of West Main Street. The man became physical with the store owner.

Saturday, Nov. 21

10:34 a.m. Over $10,000 worth of damage was reported to a property in the 500 block of Juniper Place. Extensive damage was documented.

3:03 p.m. Property damage was reported in the 1500 block of South Cedar Street. Tire tracks were observed throughout the Hawkins Preserve Trail, damaging the preserve.

4:30 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of menacing in the 20 block of South Harrison Street. The man had multiple knives and allegedly pulled the out in front of passersby.

10:46 p.m. A man was assaulted by two men in the 40 block of East Main Street. The victim sustained multiple injuries. The two suspects were not immediately located.

Sunday, Nov. 22

4:46 p.m. A woman was stabbed twice at Veteran Park, 830 E. Main St. The woman suspected of stabbing the victim is under investigation.

Monday, Nov. 23

7:43 a.m. Vandalism was reported in the 1900 block of South Broadway. Donation boxes were damaged and textiles were stolen.

9:56 a.m. A wallet was reported as lost or stolen at Walmart, 1835 E. Main St.

2:22 p.m. Theft of a gas stove/oven was reported in the 1000 block of East Main Street. A tenet allegedly took the appliance when he moved out.

2:51 p.m. Several puppies were taken into custody after it was reported that the owner had duct-taped their mouths shut in the 600 block of East Empire Street. Fur was found stuck to a piece of tape.

6:34 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of careless driving in the 1400 block of East Main Street. He allegedly pulled out in front of another vehicle, causing a collision.

Tuesday, Nov. 24

11:06 a.m. A woman was cited on suspicion of failing to turn in a turn-only lane in the 1800 block of East Main Street. She allegedly drove through the intersection instead of turning, side-swiping another vehicle.

12:42 p.m. Vandalism was reported at a store in the 400 block of East Main Street. A storage area was broken into by cutting the chain securing the door.

12:31 p.m. Two vehicles were broken into and automotive tools was stolen from a garage in the 100 block of South Cedar Street.
