2:52 a.m. A disturbance was reported in the 500 block of South Madison Street.

5:53 p.m. Identity fraud was reported in the 1600 block of Cochita Drive.

10:14 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se, driving with a revoked license, failure to display headlights and protection order violation in the 700 block of West Seventh Street.

11:37 p.m. A man allegedly threw something and broke the windshield of a woman’s car in the 1800 block of East Main Street.

Thursday, March 25

11:42 a.m. A problem regarding a prescription that was filled was reported in the 500 block of East Main Street.

12:05 p.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 600 block of North Park Street.

2:38 p.m. A man involved in a vehicle crash was cited on suspicion of violating restrictions on a temporary instructions permit and failure to yield the right of way in the 800 block of South Broadway.

Friday, March 26

11:41 a.m. A man was arrested on active warrants and on suspicion of driving with a revoked license and failure to provide proof of insurance in the 10 block of West Fifth Street.

12:04 p.m. A hit-and-run crash was reported in the 1 block of North Edith Street.

12:28 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of third-degree trespassing in the 1500 block of East Main Street.

10:49 p.m. A stolen credit card was reported in the 40 block of East Main Street.

Saturday, March 27

1:23 a.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, reckless driving, open container and failure to notify police of a vehicle crash in the 600 block of Alameda Drive. His license was also revoked.

10:55 a.m. A man was cited on suspicion of an unsafe lane change in the 300 block of North Broadway. The driver collided with another vehicle while changing lanes.

12:51 p.m. A verbal disturbance between two women was reported in the 400 block of South Market Street.

Sunday, March 28

10:39 a.m. Protection order violation was reported to an officer at Cortez Police Department, 608 N. Park St.

1:06 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of two counts of violating bond conditions, two counts of protection order violation, obstruction and disorderly conduct in the 800 block of East Main Street. He was involved in an altercation outside a store.

5:52 p.m. A man was arrested on suspicion of protection order violation, domestic violence and third degree assault in the 800 block of East Main Street. He allegedly struck a woman.

Monday, March 29

12:39 a.m. A man with a gun was reported in the 300 block of West Main Street. The firearm was found and taken into custody but the subject was not located.

7:34 a.m. A man was cited on suspicion of DUI, DUI per se, driving with a suspended and failure to signal license in the 800 block of East Montezuma Avenue.

12:57 p.m. Wire fraud was reported in the 600 block of East Main Street.

3:45 p.m. Unemployment fraud was reported in the 500 block of North Harrison Street.

4:10 p.m. A man was cited on suspicion of trespassing in the 600 block of East Main Street.

7:20 p.m. A stolen firearm was reported in the 300 block of South Broadway.

8:21 p.m. A man was arrested on two warrants and cited on suspicion of violating a protection order in the 500 block of Wast Main Street.

9:07 p.m. A man involved in a fight was arrested on an active warrant in the 600 block of East Montezuma Avenue.

Tuesday, March 30

6 a.m. A vehicle was broken into in the 600 block of East Empire Street. Money, a firearm and other items were stolen.

9:25 a.m. Several vehicles were broken into and items were stolen in the 600 block of South Broadway.
