Yo-yo slinger Luke Renner brings show to Cortez library

Luke Renner, the New Mexico Yo-Yo Slinger, will perform on Tuesday, June 28, at 2 p.m. at the Cortez Public Library. Renner’s performance is a combination of two ancient forms of entertainment, yo-yos and magic, that culminates into a complete extravaganza. The library is at 202 N. Park St. and may be reached by calling 970-565-8117. The show is free, and it’s sponsored by Golden Dreams from Onward! A Legacy Foundation.
