With the new high school set to open next year, the Montezuma-Cortez High School boys and girls basketball teams will play for the final time at Ron Wright Memorial Gym this weekend.
Former and current coaches, M-CHS alumni and current M-CHS students are encouraged to attend the games, at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 13 and 10:30 p.m. and 12:00 p.m. on Feb. 14.
“We are hoping to fill (Ron Wright Memorial Gym) both nights,” said M-CHS Athletic Director Stacey Hall. “A lot of history has happened in our gym, and we are going to recognize that this coming weekend.”
