MARCH 11, 2011

Ÿ Richard Lavern Willett, 40, of Dove Creek, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment-unspecified, and received a deferred sentence, unsupervised, of 12 months. He was ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs. He must violate no laws, traffic or criminal, keep address current with the court, and obtain a domestic violence evaluation and follow all recommendations of same. He was ordered to have no harassing contact.

MARCH 14, 2011

Ÿ Anthony Davis Hill, 41, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal mischief-under $500. He was ordered to pay $1,509 in fines and costs. He was sentenced to 140 days in jail, with 20 days credit for time served, with suspended imposition of 120 days. He was also sentenced to 24 months probation. He must complete a domestic violence evaluation, engage in an enhanced outpatient program for alcohol treatment, undergo frequent breathalyzer tests at his own expense, and shall not contract any financial obligations without approval of his probation officer or collections investigator.

Ÿ Thomas Reed Mescal, 42, of Albuquerque, N.M., pleaded guilty to one count of harassment-strike/shove/kick. He was sentenced to 12 months probation, and ordered to pay $899.10 in fines and costs. He was also ordered to obtain a domestic violence evaluation, and to follow all recommendations of same, and to adhere to all standard conditions of probation including no alcohol or illegal drug use. He must also resolve an open warrant in New Mexico, and shall not contract any financial obligations without approval of his probation officer and/or collections investigator.

Ÿ Madeline Scott, 51, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment-strike/shove/kick. She was sentenced to 24 months probation, and was ordered to pay $1,486.80 in fines and costs. She was also ordered to obtain a domestic violence evaluation and follow all recommendations, and is allowed to complete substance abuse treatment as part of domestic violence treatment if available, but otherwise should follow substance abuse treatment at recommendations of probation officer. She must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol. She must also seek full-time employment. Standard conditions of probation apply such as no alcohol or illegal drug use. If defendant completes all requirements early, she may request that probation terminate early.

Ÿ Jorel Cantsee Clark, 23, of Towaoc, pleaded guilty to one count of assault third degree-know/reckless cause injury. He was sentenced to 270 days jail, with a stay of execution. He was also sentenced to 90 days in jail, with suspended imposition. Defendant must obtain domestic violence evaluation and follow all recommendations. He must submit to random tests for drugs and alcohol, and must pay $319 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Marco A. Rodriguez, 46, of Lebanon, Tenn., pleaded guilty to one count of protection order violation-civil. He was sentenced to 45 days in county jail, with 45 days credit for time served. He was sentenced to 24 months of supervised probation, with probation terminated early if defendant successfully completes domestic violence evaluation and treatment. He was ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs.

MARCH 15, 2011

Ÿ Dallas G. Sims, 21, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under restraint-alcohol related. He was sentenced to 12 months/deferred sentence, unsupervised, and was ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and costs. He must violate no laws, traffic or criminal, and keep his address current with the court. Defendant is to obtain a valid drivers license and file proof with the court.

Ÿ Stanley Ellsworth Frost, 32, of Towaoc, currently in custody, pleaded guilty to one count of driving under the influence. His probation was revoked and terminated as unsuccessful, and he was ordered to serve 48 days in jail. He is also ordered to serve 24 months of probation, and was ordered to pay $2,046 in fines and costs. He was also ordered to perform 60 hours of useful public service.

Ÿ Ricky E. Atcitty, 44, of Shiprock pleaded guilty to one count of harassment-strike/shove/kick. He was sentenced to 12 months probation, unsupervised, and ordered to pay $215.50 in fines and costs. He was also ordered to complete anger management evaluation and follow all recommendations.

Ÿ Jeffrey Shane Dishface, 24, of Aneth, Utah, pleaded guilty to one count of driving after revocation prohibited HTO. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with service allowed to occur three days at a time over each weekend. He was also ordered to pay $212.50 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Marvin Jackson Benn, 38, of Hatch, Utah, pleaded guilty to one count of disorderly conduct-offensive gesture. He was sentenced to five days in jail, with two days credit for time served, and his service allowed to take place on weekends. He was also ordered to pay $54.00 in fines and costs.

Ÿ Adam Patterson, 29, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to two counts of tampering with a utility meter-interference and was sentenced to 10 days in jail, concurrent with previous charge. He was also ordered to pay $230.50 in fines and costs on the first matter, and $209.50 on the other. Other conditions of sentence: Restitution is open for 90 days. On another matter, Adam Patterson also pleaded guilty to one count of theft-under $500 and was sentenced to 30 days in jail. He was also ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and costs. Other conditions of sentence: Restitution is open for 90 days.

Ÿ Lastelle Louella Wall, 25, of Towaoc, pleaded guilty to one count of resisting arrest. She was sentenced to a deferred sentence of 12 months, unsupervised, with five days credit for time served. She was ordered to pay $218.50 in fines and costs, and to complete 48 hours of community service, to be completed by Jan. 15, 2012. She was ordered to violate no laws, traffic or criminal and to keep address current with the court.
