Haley, Bradshaw earn builders scholarships

The Four Corners Builders Association, which has been choosing two graduating seniors from around the area for a $500 scholarship since 2010, raised enough money to give a $1,000 scholarship to two students – Randy Haley and Mariah Bradshaw.
