On Monday, my sister, her four children, and my mom stopped in Cortez on their way up to Oregon to visit my family and I. On their way out of Cortez, they stopped at a gas station and were told that the van they were driving was overheating by a passerby.
They then went to Maxwell Automotive. Who made some phone calls, found the part they needed from a dealership. That part that was broken was a simple “Y” section. The dealership sold it as the entire cooling system. The people at Maxwell went to the hardware store and got some pieces, and made the small part to get them on the road again.
This may not be news worthy, or even a big deal. However, at least where I live, we don’t always hear about the good of people. The shop was called Maxwell Automotive. Thank you for your kindness.
