The Montezua-Cortez softball team dropped both games in its double-header against Grand Junction Central on Saturday.
In the first game, Grand Junction Central scored 15 runs in three innings and held the Panthers to just one hit in a 15-0 rout.
The Panthers scored three runs in the first inning of game two, but were only able to muster another three for the remainder of the game, allowing the Warriors to plate 11 runners in a 6-11 loss.
M-CHS falls to 2-9 on the season, with another double-header scheduled for Saturday, October 3 at home against Grand Junction.
