Kiwanis Club donates $5,500 to schools

The Cortez Kiwanis Club donated $500 to each of 11 local elementary schools for their STEM, science, technology, engineering and math, Programs. Joining the Kiwanis Club members for a picture were representatives from the 11 schools, Mesa, Manaugh, Kemper, Lewis Arriola, Pleasant View, Kiva Montessori, Mancos, Dolores, Battle Rock Charter School, 7th Street Elementary Dove Creek and Lighthouse Christian Academy.
