Winning tickets in $1.6B lottery sold in 3 states

California lottery officials reported on Wednesday night that a winning Powerball ticket was sold in Chino Hills Parkway. Two other winners, in Florida and Tennessee, were also reported.

The jackpot, which reached a record $1.6 billion after 20 drawings without a winner, carried a cash equivalent of about $985 million.
