Century 21 affiliate earns a top sales award

Century 21 Real Estate recently recognized Terry McCabe, sales affiliate with Century 21 West Slope Realty, as a top producer nationwide and honored her with the coveted Emerald Masters Award.

Emerald status is awarded to a Century 21 sales affiliate who has met minimum sales production of $153,000 or 43 closed transaction sides within a calendar year. The affiliate receives a trophy and an invitation to attend the annual Century 21 Top Agent Retreat.

Working as a full-time broker-associate and having earned multiple real estate designations as well as numerous awards including twice the Four Corners Board of Realtors’ realtor of the year, McCabe has served as president, CAR director, treasurer, and director of the Four Corners Board of Realtors, director of the Colorado Real Estate Network, and is the chairperson for the Four Corners Board of Realtors Parade of Lights, and director for the Cortez Historic Preservation Board.
