Axis Health System has announced that Gary Buck, a certified physician assistant, has joined Cortez Integrated Healthcare, a community health center providing comprehensive primary and behavioral health care for the family, including pediatrics.
Buck earned a bachelor’s degree in health education for health care providers from the University of Utah’s physician assistant program and has over 40 years’ experience caring for patients.
“I am thrilled to be working collaboratively with a care team that encourages patients to take an active role in their health – a perfect scenario for healing,” Buck said.
He is currently seeing new patients of all ages at the Cortez office at 691 E. Empire St.
