Esther Carroll Draper just celebrated her 101st birthday. Esther was born and raised in Peckham, Colo., and spent most of her married life in Denver. She moved to Cortez to Vista Mesa this past spring to be closer to her daughter, Patricia Westover and son-in-law, Lee, of Dolores. She has two daughters and their husbands, five grandsons, 11 great-grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. She was born June 1, 1910.
