In 1998 two women, introduced by a mutual friend, took a leap of faith and started Seas’nings, LLC. For almost nineteen years, we have cooked lots of meals; made thousands of breakfast and lunch burritos; experimented with as many or more recipes, and had the pleasure of being part of a lot of celebrations and business events in our area. The most satisfaction has come, however, from preparing food for a loyal group of clients who made us feel as though we were cooking for family and not just as a business.

As with all things, the time has come for a change for both of us. Seas’nings Catering has cooked its last meal and closed its doors on January 1, 2017. Our building is becoming a private residence once again and will begin a new chapter with a new owner who, we hope, will love the place as much as we have.

We are deeply grateful to this community for all the support that you have shown us over the years. Catering for so many of you has been a pleasure and an honor, and we will miss that, along with the opportunity of working with you to create memorable events. Thanks to all of you who helped make us a success and to realize a dream we both had held for many years. Neither of us are leaving the area so we look forward to seeing you around town.

Sincerely,

Karen Sheek & Holly Tatnall
