Dear Editor:
My husband and I retired to this area from New England about four years ago. Since we purchased our land on H Road, we have had people dump various dead animals on the side of the road in front of our home.
This morning a young neighbor women was dumping what she said was a dead rabbit, a large one. Her response to my protest was that she had lived here all her life. Does lifelong residency entitle one to be rude and disrespectful to others? Why not dump, bury or otherwise dispose of your dead animals in front of your own home? Or how about taking it to the county landfill?
