Dolores Booster Club Meeting

The Dolores Bears Booster Club has begun its 2011–2012 Bear Backer Membership Drive. We invite the community to a partnership with the booster club in supporting the students of Dolores Middle and High School’s. There is a level for everyone. The different levels are “Be A Bear” for the cost of $10; Bronze for $25; Silver for $50; Gold for $100, which includes a business card in all high school athletic programs; and Platinum for $250, also with a business card included in all high school athletic programs and a sign hanging in the gym. All levels get recognition on our Bear Backer page in the athletic/activity programs. It is a great way to advertise your business. Bear Backer forms are on our website at www.dolores.k12.co.us./dhs2/BoosterClub/boosternews.htm or at the high school office.

The first meeting of the new school year will be Wednesday at 5 p.m. in the Dolores High School Library. Nominations and elections of 2011-2012 booster officers will take place at that time. We need parents who are willing to lead or work behind the scenes of this worthwhile organization that supports the students of the Dolores Middle and High School’s. For more information, contact Wendy Moore at 882-4983, or Nancy Nelligan at 565-8815. GO Bears & Cubs!
