Ÿ Adilene Navarro-Rascon, 20, of Mancos, pleaded guilty to one count of furnishing tobacco to a minor, and received a deferred sentence of six months unsupervised probation. She was ordered to pay $28.50 in fines and costs, and must violate no laws, traffic or criminal, and keep her address current with the court.

Ÿ Bryan A. Benedetti, 19, of Denver, pleaded guilty to one count of careless driving. He was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation, and was ordered to pay $472.50 in fines and costs. Additionally, he must perform 40 hours of community service, to be completed by Feb. 7, 2012.

Ÿ Charles D. Humphrey, 42, of Springville, Utah, pleaded guilty to one count of careless driving resulting in injury, and received a deferred sentence of six months unsupervised probation. He was ordered to pay $94.50 in fines and costs. Additionally, he must complete advanced motorcycle safety class and provide proof to the court. He was ordered to violate no laws, traffic or criminal, and to keep his address current with the court.

Ÿ Francine S. Lee, 27, of Aneth, Utah, pleaded guilty to one count of failure to use child restraint, and to one count of driving without insurance. She received a deferred sentence of 12 months unsupervised probation and was ordered to pay $202.50 in fines and costs. She must provide proof of valid insurance to the court for the next 12 months as a condition of deferral, must violate no laws, traffic or criminal, and must keep her address current with the court.
