The athletes and coaches would like to recognize everyone who helped the basketball team get to state at Lakewood.
Spring sports track and field, and swimming are coming up shortly, depending on the availability of coaches. Regional tournaments will take place Saturday, May 14, in Grand Junction.
The Cortez Special Olympics is soliciting coaches for their spring sports. Anyone who loves to coach sports will be needed immediately. Contact Marcelino Aldaz at 565-3830 if interested.
