Pet of the Week

This jolly girl with a sweet personality and wonderful markings will make a great pet. She’s a small adult hound mix, possibly 2 years old — she’s very smart, and great with people and with other dogs. She knows basic commands and is leash trained. With her big smile and beautiful coloration, she’s hard to resist. The shelter is open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The shelter will be closed this Friday for intensive cleaning. Right now, the shelter needs Iams or Purina kitten food due to the large number of kittens at the shelter now. It also needs Pedigree or Purina dog food, Purina puppy chow, nonclumping cat litter, rawhide chews to keep our many dogs occupied, and cleaning supplies such as paper towels and dish soap.
