Lakeside Lanes bowling results

Bowling leagues have posted the following team and individual high scores between Jan. 10-18, at Lakeside Lanes.

Monday night’s women’s Powder Puff League shows Custom Auto Trim rolled some nice games, posting high hcp game/series (859/2,437). Team member Arlene Curtis had an outstanding night with all four top scores in scratch/hcp game and scratch/hcp series with 248/268 and 692/728.

Tuesday night’s Petroleum Men’s League team highs went to Bru’s House of Color with high hcp game/series (1,094/3,225). Star Profitt took the individual scratch/hcp game and scratch series with 248/268 and 675. Kevin Presley took high hcp series with a nice 738.

Tuesday Afternoon Women’s League also had some very nice games. Team highs went to Pippo’s for the hcp game (641) and MVC took the hcp series (1,779). Individual statistics were dominated by Betsy Nuneviller, rolling 200/246/491/629 for scratch/hcp game and scratch/hcp series totals.

Wednesday morning’s Coffee League listed team honors going to Stanley Electric (645-hcp game) and Schmitt Ranches (1,803-hcp series). Individual high scores were posted by Norma Cressler (243/647-hcp game/series), while Lindy Rucker took the scratch games with 200/574, game/series.

Mixed leagues this week had some great competition as well. The Twilighters team highs went to Little Bear Trading Post (851/2,399-hcp game/series). Ben Crites took scratch game/series (223/589) and Eric Hart took the hcp game/series (239/671). Donna Case placed in all four of the women’s categories with 204/237/528/627 — high scratch/hcp game, scratch/hcp series. Finally, the Oddball Mixed League posted team honors going to Team 2 with an impressive 922/2,547 for high hcp game/series. Tracy Montgomery took top honors for the women with 204/248/510/642 for scratch/hcp game and scratch/hcp series. Charles Thompson rolled a 232/268 for the high scratch/hcp games, while Kevin Montgomery took high hcp series (716) and Crites took the high scratch series with a 626.

Bowling is a fun alternative choice for the whole family and Lakeside Lanes provides open bowling, birthday party packages and Sunday specials as well. Leagues are always looking for bowlers to be team members or for occasional substitution. For more information, call 565-9355.
