Bowlers are reaching new highs at Lakeside Lanes.
Seasonal high scores during the week of Jan. 19-25, have been reported.
The Powder Puff League lists The GGs taking team honors with high hcp game/series (862/2,485). Teammates Carol Dunsworth (hcp game-260) and Judy Mackinnon (hcp series-679) led the way. Lindy Rucker bowled the high scratch game/series with 234/597.
The Petroleum Mens League had Brus House of Color taking team highs with hcp game/series (1,098/3,156). Ferni Lopez rolled the high scratch/hcp game (254/296), Dan Schuster took scratch series and Eric Hart rolled a 722 hcp series.
Tuesday Afternoon Ladies League had the Blonde Bombshells taking team honors with hcp game/series (681/1,828). Marlene Barker had a good day posting highs of 202/244/503-scratch/hcp game and scratch series. Naida Taylor took the hcp series with a 631.
Wednesday Mornings Coffee League reports Angels End Zone taking team highs with 644/1,810 for hcp game/series. Individual bests were posted by Freida Calloway (hcp game-229), Carolyn Marion (hcp sereis-630) and Rucker (211/561- scratch game/series).
Mixed leagues had some outstanding bowling. The Twilighters posted team highs with The Plumbing Store (hcp game-845) and Milligins Honey Farm (hcp series-2,443). Ben Crites was on a streak with three 200-plus games. He posted the high scratch/hcp game of 289 and scratch/hcp series with 719 for the men. Kim Alexander posted 214/256 for scratch/hcp game and Arlene Curtis took the scratch/hcp series with 581/632 for the women.
The Oddball League reports team highs went to the Budlight Kingpins (hcp game-753) and the Rez Pinz (hcp series-2,543). Randy Avon (scratch/hcp game-256/260), Shannon Whiteman (hcp series-675), Crites (652 scratch series), Regina Wojociechowski (scratch series- 516) and Cheryl Baker 224/273/637 (scratch/hcp game/hcp series) round out the individual scoring.
