Spring is in the air and local bowlers are greeting the end of the season with more great scores in Lakeside Lanes league action.
For the week of March 26, leagues posted the following statistics.
Twilighters Mixed League shows Vectra Bank taking team honors with high handicap game/series (864/2,542). J.B. Hargrove came away with high scratch game/series/high hcp game/series (237/685/248/718). Arlene Curtis took the womens high games (225/620/238/659).
Tuesday Afternoon Womens League shows the Patriots with team high hcp game/series (625/1,826). Michelle Lee won the high scratch series (494) and Erin Dougherty rolled the high scratch game/hcp game/series (179/237/636).
Monday Nights Powder Puff ladies had Wilkin Home Construction taking team honors with the hcp game/series (845/2,413). Curtis had the high scratch game/series (215/569), Tami Lange bowled the high hcp game (231) and Luretta Sharman recorded the high hcp series (636).
The Oddballs Mixed League saw Team 2 took the team high hcp game/series (869/2,533). Ben Crites rolled the mens top scores with the high scratch/hcp game, scratch/hcp series (290/647). Womens scores were not posted.
The Mens Petroleum League listed Lakeside Lanes taking the high hcp game/series (1,198/3,079). Thomas Dodge rolled the high scratch/hcp games (257/268) and Billy Branson took the scratch/hcp series (676).
Wednesday Mornings Coffee League posted Bees in a Bonnet with high hcp game/series (639/1,736). Jennifer Smith bowled the high hcp game/series (241/629) and Lindy Rucker posted the high scratch game/series (192/550).
Summer leagues are forming and open bowling is available daily.
