Daniel James Leftwich, 30, of Durango, pleaded guilty to one count of second degree trespass enclosed/fenced property. He was sentenced to 12 months private probation, and was ordered to pay $209.50 in fines and costs. He must follow all conditions of probation, and must complete 48 hours of useful public service/community service by March 1, 2013. Defendant may transfer to La Plata County.
Ivan W. Doka, 37, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment obscene language/gesture, and to one count of child abuse knowingly/recklessly causing injury. He was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail with 90 days credit for time served. Defendant was also ordered to pay $441 in fines and costs.
