Since I am the only one with the grapes. I will speak for the criminals of this fine town for the moment.I, for one, am tired of watching our relatives and friends weeping over how they can afford C.A.R.S., rent food and gas. The average American is making less every day. This area was poor even before the downturn, yet the cost of those classes have been raised yearly.

Probation officers, public defenders — anyone who sees the yearly income of our residents, and how badly these extra fees hurt —please step up. I sat across from you at those tables many times. You are not unsympathetic, you just hide it well for your job.

Who knows?A grateful community just might be willing to support what you feel you need.
