Ÿ Sheldon Saggboy Bellison, 28, of Montezuma Creek, Utah, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment-strike/shove/kick. He was ordered to pay $1,487.50 in fines and costs. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, must complete an evaluation and domestic violence treatment, must submit to random drug and alcohol tests and a protection order remains in effect during probation.

Ÿ Jaron Bia, 22, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal mischief under $500. He was ordered to pay $1,457.50 in fines and costs. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, deferred, must successfully complete domestic violence evaluation and treatment, must submit to random drug and alcohol tests and a protection order remains in effect during probation.

Ÿ Charles M. Morrow, 33, of Dolores, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment-telephone threat/obscene. He was ordered to pay $1,460.50 in fines and costs. He was sentenced to 24 months probation, deferred, must successfully complete domestic violence evaluation, and must submit to random drug and alcohol tests.

Ÿ Frank Dean Baty Jr., 38, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of a protection order violation-civil. He was ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs. He was sentenced to one day.

Ÿ Alma D. Hudson, 34, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of harassment-strike/shove/kick. She was ordered to pay $1,412.50. She was sentenced to 24 months probation, deferred, must complete a domestic violence treatment and follow recommendations, must submit to random drug and alcohol tests and a protection order remains in effect throughout the probation period.

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 2

Ÿ Jervis P. Mitchell, 35, of Cortez, pleaded guilty to one count of driving after revocation prohibited. He was ordered to pay $184.50 in fines and costs. He was sentenced to 30 days.
