Nancy Grace is on the case.

The aggressive, loud, and, at times, controversial TV host put the Dylan Kuhn case under her microscope Thursday night. The results were predictable for viewers familiar with Grace’s confrontational and opinionated style.

During her show that airs on Headline News, Grace is highly critical of Judge Douglas Walker, even saying that she was “disgusted” by the sentence and the case.

Part of the segment was posted online with the headline “Teen dad kills infant, gets slap on wrist?”

Walker sentenced Kuhn, a 19-year-old Dolores resident, to 90 days in jail in the death of his 6-month-old daughter in November of 2011. He pleaded guilty to manslaughter in September in the death of Sailor Kuhn after he admitted to slamming the infant onto the bed.

District Attorney Russell Wasley offered Kuhn the manslaughter plea deal but asked that Kuhn be given the maximum sentence of four years in prison.

During sentencing, Walker said that the court had received letters of support on the plea agreement saying that the letters asked for a more lenient sentence.
