"The new year is the time when people head back to the gym to shape up after the holidays. This year, why not shape up your creative self, as well?" Olsen said. "For 90 minutes, we'll do a creativity workout designed to help you develop a regular writing practice that works for you. Whether your writing is in the form of a journal, poetry, essays, fiction or Facebook posts, the exercises can help you break bad habits, make good new habits or just stop procrastinating so much."
