Market St. Santa will hand out toys to all the good girls and boys. Wear extra layers to cover your hide, because Santa Claus will be waiting outside.Four Corners Community Band Concert, 6 p.m., at the Rico Fire Station as part of the Rico Fire Department Christmas Party. The band, under Mark Allen, will play a variety of Christmas music. Free.Dance to Memory Makers, 7-11 p.m. at the Cortez VFW, 320 N. Harrison St. Cost: $5 per person.
