Orly Lucero decked the yard and doorstep of his home at Fourth and Maple streets with an elaborate display that lighted the neighborhood on Cortez’s south side. The display included hundreds of lights and several inflated Christmas figures, including a snowman, elves and a flying sleigh. Santa greeted visitors at the front door.
