A warrant was served and a 50-year-old Dolores man was arrested.

A sergeant was patrolling Dolores near the 400 block of Railroad Avenue when a truck turned north onto 5th Street and the driver failed to use a turn signal. The windshield was also cracked vertically, obstructing the driver's vision.
When the driver was contacted, it was discovered his license had been revoked for an alcohol related offense. The 37-year-old was taken to the Montezuma County Jail and his vehicle was left at the scene.
