The participants will be the girls and boys winners from Durango, Cortez, Telluride, Ouray, Hotchkiss, Grand Junction, Montrose and Delta.
Representing Durango Elks Lodge No. 507 will be girls: Elizabeth Mytko (8-9), Ryne Neiman (10-11) and Carter Neiman (12-13); boys: Thunder Windy Boy (8-9), Mason Miller (10-11) and Trajan Garcia (12-13).
District winners will advance to the state contest in Salida on Feb. 23 with the opportunity to continue to regionals in Denver on March 16 and nationals in Chicago on April 27.
